Delivery Policy

By entering the delivery address on the Platforms, you will be able to see the Vendors that are available at the time to you. Our Vendors offer their Goods in specific delivery areas, and they also differ from delivery areas to delivery areas. Your Order will be delivered to the delivery address that you provide. You may request that your Order be delivered at a specific time. An estimated delivery time will be provided in your confirmation email, but delivery times may vary depending on the circumstances.

Please Contact our customer service team if you discover that there is an issue with your Order upon receipt. We may request photographic evidence and/or more information to assist in the investigation of the issue. Vendor Delivery may be offered in certain instances. Although we will try to provide you with prior notice regarding Vendor Delivery, sometimes it is not possible. In such cases, we may need you to contact the Vendor directly.
